I’m a nonbinary lesbian who works in elder care as a home health aid, usually between 9-5 hours but it’s always changing as the clients needs change. I also work part time virtually doing peer support, and host weekly/monthly nonbinary peer support groups. I’m always working on an art project, and am always happy to share my art supplies. I also have a subscription to dropout.tv and shudder that i’m happy to share, as well as a projector for movie nights/vibes. I have a friendly ESA cat who should be an exemption for no pet rules under the FHA. Immediately friendly towards dogs, friendly towards other cats within about a month of introduction. He has lived with both before (plus reptiles!)

I’m introverted and keep to myself but prefer to be friendly/friends with my housemates. open to both chatting or ignoring each other in common spaces. I communicate directly, and tend to prefer text but am comfortable with anything. I’m covid cautious and work with at risk individuals over 90 years old, so am hoping folks would be open to letting me know when they’re feeling sick so I can mask around the house to keep my clients safe! I’m clean and love to do detailed projects around the house like scrubbing the grout or filling in holes. My room with be cluttered, and if folks aren’t fans of art projects in common spaces I keep a suitcase with my projects so it can easily go back in my room or under a table.
