I’m a respectful, quiet, and reliable tenant looking for a room in a peaceful home. I’m a business major, often busy with homework or out biking, visiting parks, or at coffee shops. I grew up in Sacramento but have moved around a bit, so month-to-month is ideal, though I hope to stay long-term until I transfer to a UC or CSU.

I’ve lived with roommates before and always do my part. I’m not looking for a best friend, just a clean, calm space where everyone respects each other’s space. I have my own household supplies, cook for myself, and don’t own a car, so no need to worry about parking!

I also have a sweet, fully vaccinated/spayed indoor cat (1 year old, nails clipped regularly, doesn’t scratch).

I’m looking for housing due to a last-minute change in plans that left me without a place, so I’m ready to move in ASAP. Rent will always be on time; I have consistent income.
