LOOKING FOR A LARGE 1st-FLOOR MASTER SUITE in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown or Leander!

Chill, relaxed, clean & drama-free contract gig worker, event host, and Latin dance instructor looking for a quiet, peaceful place in the hill country. In search of a new relaxed and peaceful long-term home base (12 months or longer) around the N. Austin area (but preferably not in the city of Austin itself).

On my days off I enjoy visiting with local friends and family, exploring area lakes/parks/other outdoor recreation options, checking out local food & drink venues, local night life, movies, going salsa dancing, or to karaoke nights, etc. Also like to just chill occasionally watching movies.

Currently renting a huge master suite in Round Rock with new plank flooring, garden tub and separate shower, and a giant walk-in closet. Only downside is the room is on the second floor, so I am exploring other options around the area to see if I can find something comparable on the ground floor.

Ideal place will either have a comparable master suite with private bath, or alternatively two rooms available for my use, one as my bedroom and the other as my den/office/guest room. I am a single dad, and my 11 yr old daughter visits me two weekends a months during the school term, and a few weeks each summer. So I need a place that is kid-friendly. Definitely interested in teaming-up with another single parent that has a little bit of extra space, or would be open to renting a place together.

A smoke-free, drug-free, pet-free environment would be ideal as well. I lightly social drink occasionally. And I’m a Christ-follower, so would greatly appreciate sharing space with another like-minded soul!
