Hey everyone! I’m 24 and recently bought a new home, and I’m looking to rent out one more room. Rents $600 per room. Utilies split into 4. a newly built house, so all appliances are brand-new. I am looking for roommates between the ages of 20 and 35.

The home is conveniently located—just a 10-minute drive to Creighton University and downtown Omaha, 18 minutes from Strat Offutt AFB, and a 16-minute drive to UNO I’m open to applicants with stable income, even if credit isn’t perfect.

A few things about myself. I work as a medical device rep, I like to hike, travel abroad, take weekend trips, go to any events that are outside, love watching college sports on weekends, and partner swing dancing. I like to stay active and out of the house as much as possible and youre more than welcome to come tag along. If youre a person that likes to keep to themselves then no worries. I will only interact as much as you want too. All I ask from you as a tenent is to keep the living room and kitchen clean! I wont get in your way. Im respectfully of everyone’s space.
