Eric and Candice

Hello, my wife and I are looking for a room by 10/5/25. My wife used to be a preschool teacher but over the years her health issues caused her to have to be home and focus on getting better. We’re both friendly, open minded, non judgemental people. For the most part we keep to ourselves and are respectful of other’s privacy. I used to be a Marine, Manager, etc. But now I stay home most of the time to help my wife. I do work part time and receive full social security disability, so rent will always be on time. We’re hoping to find a stable, peaceful place while we work on getting back on our feet. We have two sweet, friendly, small dogs under 13lbs. They are potty trained and get along very well with other dogs. One maltese mix and one poodle mix, they stay in the room with us except for when I take them out every few hours. They don’t roam around by themselves or sit on couches. I’m also open to negotiate rent due to the couple/pets thing. Thank you!
