Hi! I’m looking for a private room, with a private bathroom in a nice, safe, quiet, location. The best price would be would be approx. $500.00 - $750.00 monthly. I’m willing to work part of my rent off. I’m just about done taking care off IHSS requirements, and I enjoy living in a clean home, so I’d be glad to clean the home for partial rent. I’m unable to climb stairs, so 1st floor only. I would appreciate a private entrance, private bedroom with a private bathroom, but when it comes right down to it, I really just need a room to rent, and a bathroom. I enjoy cooking, helping others and I communicate well. So if you have a room for rent for a young senior, and you think we would match well….. please, let me know.
**Since I’m in the process of getting on board with IHSS, so please keep me in mind for a room to trade that for rent. (Example: light housekeeping and cooking , running errands, and taking to appointments.)
