My child(10) and I are looking for a new place to live. We don’t take a place to stay for granted and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy, clean environment, while also remembering that life happens sometimes. I have one dog , Nova. She is turning 6 this year and she is such a sweetheart that absolutely LOVES people and other animals. She has little experience around small dog breeds and tends to forget her size (medium size), although she does very good with puppies. My schedule tends to be a little sporadic, I work out of town a lot (usually 24-48 hour trips when I do) and my child will be with me about half of the time while still in school, so I will be in and out at random times, some days, for those that have a specific schedule and do not want to be affected by my spontaneity. I generally try to have a dog sitter for when I’m working out of town. I can be fairly introverted and socially awkward sometimes 😅, but I can also be extroverted too. I would like to be able to have a friend over every once and awhile, but I understand and respect any boundaries we discuss in regards to house rules. I tend to like to write any important information on a white board for reminders and to keep communication open. I wouldn’t mind doing a check in every once in a while to make sure we are all on the same page. I like to cook, listen to music, garden, and sit with nature to relax. Open minded roommates would be nice, as I don’t have it all together at the moment, but I am not stagnant. I’m actually on my way to the store to find the rest of the tools I need to build the rest of my foundation 😄 let me know if you need anything while I’m out 🤣💜
