Me and my partner are in the late 40s/50s age, were well established and were bit on the routine and responsibilities side we didn’t get the memo till later to find somewhere permanent and buy a little house, our solution to this is getting a roommate, were both pretty laid back, we do on occasion drink not to excess, a couple on a Saturday. We would be great to live with because our life experiences are well established we are past that, responsibilities come first, maintaining and keeping a clean, area, we are very respectful neighbors, references available and I have all our credentials available upon request as well.
