Hello! I am a professional educator and performer in the music industry. I have a part-time job 6-10am M-F so I do go to bed on the earlier side. Aside from this I teach at UNLV and private/group instruction outside of the house. I also rehearse outside of the house, so will not be banging drums next to your head :)
I do not smoke or drink and hope you also do not, because the vibe tends to not be aligned.
To note, $800 would need to include all utilities and wifi and a private bathroom. If it is a shared bathroom situation which is not ideal for me, I would ask to stay around $500 per month.
