I’m looking for around a June move in and hoping to find a roommate to find and share a 2bed/2bath in the downtown orlando area with someone so that I can save some money for future plans. I would prefer a single family home or duplex that is ground level and has some sort of outdoor space so that I can grill. But open to townhomes and apartments depending on the vibe but not really into being on the 8th floor of an apartment building. Budget ideally around $1200 for my half of rent +shared utilities but can be a bit flexible.

I am a laid-back, single, guy who treats my home like a sanctuary. Cleanliness, tidiness, and respect in terms of space and noise are a non-negotiable for me. I treat my space like a place of retreat, comfort, and peace. I prefer not to have guests over regularly or people in and out of the house (it’s a vibe thing.) I’m pretty quiet and don’t listen to music or TV too loudly or bang around in the common spaces.

I do have a cat. She’s super friendly and well—behaved but would prefer not to have other pets as I’m not sure how she’d get along.

My sleep schedule is typically 9/930pm—5/530am; I don’t stay up late making noise or coming in late from partying. I don’t drink but do enjoy smoking cannabis occasionally. I enjoy eating clean and cooking for myself but always clean up as I go. My free time is usually spent studying for my personal training cert, working out, doing outdoor activities, reading, practicing astrology, doing yoga, meditating, watching YouTube, or listening to podcasts. I work in freelance video production with plans to start personal training on the side. My work schedule is a bit unpredictable but I’m always respectful of space and noises when getting ready or coming home from work and expect similar.

To me, communication is key for a successful living situation and any concerns/issues should be handled maturely.
