Hi! I currently live and work in Astoria / LIC, queens. I need a 1 month / 2 months ONLY sublease. I have 2 cats (you might fall in love with them very quickly lol). My current lease ends and I don’t want to renew there, but I also am not sure I want to stay in New York. That’s why I’m looking for a short term sublease to give myself a bit of time to make my final decision.

I’m a Pilates instructor full time, I work everyday except Wednesday. Usually early morning + late afternoon (fuller days on weekend).

My budget is 1600$ all utilities included. Move in date is April 1st, move out date is flexible.

Otherwise, im mostly a homebody. I don’t drink or smoke but idc if you do. I like to chill, watch TikTok, read non fiction books, cuddle and play with my cats.

Cats : Minou is 6yo she is a very calm and quiet little one, she is sweet and very demure, very polite. Finn was born in June 2025, so he’s young. He is so funny. He keeps burning his whiskers because he loves candles… he also loves to steal q tips. He cracks me up. He also is very sweet.

Looking for a room in Astoria, LIC would be best but I’m open to anywhere with a easy commute to these neighborhoods since that’s where I work.
