Player 2 Ready Up!! I’m a disabled twitch streamer w/ a service dog. I’m a gamer and respectful room mate. I don’t have guests and I am a night owl, but not a noisy one. I am ready w first month and security deposit so we can move whenever we find a place. My animals are extremely well behaved, I cook their food and they are completely housebroken and do not have accidents. They are older too, so very chill. I’m involved in a lot of activities from roller skating to crafting, creative stuff and I’m willing to try new things! And you’re more than welcome to join me if I’m doing something fun. I’m LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly, but I don’t have guests often and would prefer we keep that a minimum like once or twice a week and preferably only people that pass the vibe check ;-P I have my portion of the rent guaranteed w my disability and you could take comfort knowing I’ll always have that coming in, plus the extra money I make on twitch. I love to cook and will absolutely share my food with you provided to replace groceries or chip in on what we’re eating. I understand you may be working hard at your job and I don’t mind picking up the slack at home when it comes to chores, and I can help you with whatever you need, just ask! The reasoning for my $400 a month is because I’ll be covering the costs of first, last month and security deposit which would probably come out to $200 a month if broken up and that will allow me to afford my rent. I’ll never be able to afford a place on my own AND afford the bills on my income alone, if you think we could get along send me a message and we’ll go from there!
