Looking for a home/room to rent after moving to Tyler from DFW. I’m accountable, positive, organized, clean and pay on time. I love God first and foremost, am courteous and mindful as a room/house mate. I don’t expect to have company over, I don’t do drugs, just some wine now and then on a patio or in my room. I like to use my own groceries, pots and pans and keep everything separate and tidy up after myself in common areas of usage. I’ve lived in successful co-habitation before. I have a loving family in the Dallas area. Love to cook, garden and mostly keep to myself when not working, play tennis or watch TV. Looking ASAP.
