Quiet and reserved. Respectful. I keep to myself/room. I clean up after myself. Trying to get money and save it. I am self-employed, have an online business I am trying to up and run. I am looking for something not too far from the city, but I would prefer somewhat in the country. Places that would be in walking distance, preferably. I prefer someone who is clean and friendly, no smokers, drugs, or drinking. Regarding how long of a stay I need, I don’t know yet. So the date I put in is an estimate. The rent payment is the amount that I can pay for right now, until I can get that to change. I have more than one project that I’m working on and hoping to get more income in to help with rent. Once I get there, I can get a job to change the amount of rent I can pay. Also, I’m willing to help out in other areas to make up for the lack of rent for the time being. I’m hoping to make new friends along the way. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Also, as a plus side, if you are into outdoors activities, please let me know! I’m looking to live near hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, the snow ( I really want to try snowboarding!), and anything else not listed. I don’t actually need to live near them, but somewhere close enough if can be. If you are familiar with oregon I would love it if you could show me around as I don’t know the area as well.
