Hey there! My name’s Jacob. I’m originally from New York City and moved here 2 years ago. I’m a very flexible roommate, and am happy to become friends with who I live with, though that isn’t a requirement! I cook for myself a lot, and if you’re lucky I might cook something for the both of us. I tend to go to bed early, like 9:30-10:30, and prefer a quieter space by that time. I’m pretty active in the gym, am playing in an intramural soccer league atm, love watching movies and reading books, and spend the rest of my time on my PC.
My lease is up in June. My current roommates are getting married and want to live on their own, so I am looking for roommates to sign a lease in the summer. I plan on going home to NYC for most of July and part of August, so don’t need to find a place as soon as my lease is up. Reach out if you’re interested!
