I’m a 61 yr (active/young heart!) professional that works from home M-F from about 7a to 4p CST. I’m friendly, to each their own, quiet, near, clean and very respectful, only noise I cause working is an occasional Zoom mtg and or watching TV. I listening to things on Sat radio on my phone throughout the day (my door would be closed and would not be louder than expected). I need somewhere to put a desk, so in room or office, but I’m good at making things work. I’m a cyclist/Mtn Biker so would want to store a couple bikes in a garage or somewhere if that’s ok. Let me know what you think? I living in Troy, AL, looking to move to the NW Arkansas area by end of March.
