Im a quiet roommate I generally meal prep on Sundays and cook occasionally during the week, go to work, the gym and stay in my room 85% of the time. I’m very clean and quiet. I don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs. I do vape. I travel some weekends and go to church regularly. I am up for socializing some when I have time off but definitely not necessary. I work a lot and I am in school. I really don’t ever have people over but in the extremely rare occasion I do I will communicate before hand to be transparent, I just asked that you do the same.

I value respect and transparency.

I prefer a long term lease as stability is very important to me. I have multiple previous landlord references and can provide job information if needed.
