I’m looking for housing options in the OC area, primarily: 🏠Santa Ana, Irvine, Tustin, Anaheim, Orange ⚖️Budget: 1650 before utilities, 1800 max everything included ✔️Ideally looking for: private bedroom and bathroom (master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are ok and preferred) in-unit laundry, assigned/reserved parking space, amenities if located within an apartment community 👥Interested in teaming up with another roommate/s (preferably male)

📝A little about me -Quiet, clean, single, working professional -consistent weekday schedule and stable income -values clean, calm and welcoming living environment. No constant noise disturbances or people constantly coming and going. Looking for something intentional with sense of ownership -I have an ESA dog, 20lbs, stays with me and does not free roam the house unless we’re just home by ourselves. No problems in my 10 years of renting and I’m usually able to get pet fees or pet rent waived with my credentials -Hobbies include aviation, astronomy, conventions, shows and concerts, hiking and outdoor activities with my dog -When I’m home, I’m usually resting or working on my computer or practicing piano (I work with headphones)🎹🎧
