Quiet, artist, gamer, nerdy, fisherperson, introverted, clean, organized, LOVE to cook, have cats, 420 friendly, & work a lot. My cats will exclusively be staying in the room with me at all times. I keep up with my litter box religiously, washing it out every time I change it so smell will not be an issue. Prefer a private bathroom. Would love a private entrance as well. Pool would be a plus.
