Hi I’m 64/F caucasian from Venice Beach, I’m retired now and took guardianship of my grandson when he was 1 month old he just turned 14 and has HFA so he is quiet and keeps to himself most of the time, he’s is a great kid and a A B student. I’m very clean and very quiet as well, we respect others and their privacy. The only reason we need to move is our longtime roommate is getting married to her boyfriend. We love all animals if you have any my grandson would love it,. We wouldn’t have any visitors over because we only have one cousin out here and we always go to their house lol. So I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom I’m very clean and love cleaning OCD?
