LGBT person living off of Stone School in Ann Arbor. My current lease ends at the end of July, and I’m looking for a roommate in the area (between Ann Arbor and Ypsi). I’d prefer to live close to public transportation.

Non-smoker, no drugs, no pets, keeps to self, clean/tidy, works with Ann Arbor Public Schools and babysits on the side. I am required to get annual background checks for work and can provide screenings as proof. Good credit score (700+)

In my free time I’ll mostly be in my room playing videogames, reading, watching anime, or working out. If I’m out, I’ll be on nature trails, kayaking, or going to Vertex for queer coffee time.
