I would like to rent a mutually agreed upon place between me and a roommate. I need somebody to agree to split the bills 50/50. Must be somebody that works and has a consistent income. I’m looking for somebody that is responsible and would be able to pay half the rent and bills. This is a less expensive alternative to just renting a room in someone’s home. I’ll be looking for a minimum two bedrooms with a minimum of two bathrooms so we reach have our own bathroom and share the common areas like the living room dining room kitchen.. I do keep to myself, unless you’re up for shopping. I can always use a partner in crime to shop with. I don’t care for drama. I am a clean person who needs a clean quiet space. I am in college and I work quite a bit.
