I am easy to be along with. I live by the Golden rule of treating others the way you would want to be treated. I am a born-again christian and my belief strongly influences my core beliefs / ethical values. Although I am moving from California the Texans need not be concerned as I am not liberal/ woke; I’m centrist, right leaning. When not at work I like to: cook, clean, play games, listen to music/ stories, oil paint (I have protective covers for walls & floors), or explore. I have lived by myself previously around 4+ years alone & know how to take care of an apartment & keep things tidy. I know how to share, respect others and will buy my own food/ supplies and keep personal items in the room. I’m a single biological male and have no crazy exes. I’m moving to Texas from California for work. I have friends in Denton and will have them act as my proxy to give me their assessment of the area and the room/ house before accepting offers. I am looking for a safe area. I am not moving with nothing, I am tall (over 6ft) and am bringing my extra long twin bed and frame (it’s wooden and needs to be reassembled), dresser, bookcase, file cabinet, vacuum cleaner, tv stand and big screen led tv, Med. Small table with 4 collapsible chairs, 2 recliner chairs, and a chest freezer. So, I’ll need a space big enough for these items and not a hole in the wall that would be a fire hazard if I loaded it up with everything.
