Will be working at the Kingston TVA plant for about 6 months to a year … have referrals from other roomies property owners if you need them … rent is paid on time , I clean up after myself keep shared bathrooms neat and room is left clean daily … looking for kitchen and laundry access and will buy my own small fridge if need be if that’s alright with you … other than that I usually work 10 to 12 hours a day 6 days a week so only around a couple hours before bed time and gone early …
