I’m quiet, respectful, easy going and a little OCD. I’m a bit of a clean freak. I’m looking for a private room with own bathroom in a safe walkable area, thats also a short drive to the beach. I’m not in a hurry to move, Im looking for the perfect living situation. I’ve been staying on the east coast for the past 2 years and its beautiful out here but I’m originally from the Bay Area and want to get back to Southern California to be closer to my daughter who lives in the Valley. I’d prefer either the Valley or the beach. I love being near the water, enjoying nature and also a night out dancing. I love thrifting and antique stores, walking on the beach yet I’m quite content at home cooking and watching Netflix. I wouldn’t mind doing some cooking and cleaning in exchange for some rent. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I usually keep to myself but if we could be friends that would be great.
