I’m a quiet, chill, and respectful guy looking for a room in San Francisco around December 2026, before starting college for the Spring 2027 semester.

I’m trying to stay frugal, reserved, and focused on my studies. I’m competitive with myself and dedicated to excelling in my education and finishing my degree.

After the spring semester, I plan to take a summer break and may return around August 2027 to continue a couple more semesters. Ideally, I’d love to find a good place I could possibly return to if everything works out well.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean room in the San Francisco area with a budget around $1,700–$2,000/month, depending on the setup. A private bathroom would be ideal, and I’d strongly prefer utilities included, washer/dryer access, and a place close to school or easy public transportation. I’m fine with a shared kitchen as long as roommates are considerate and keep common areas tidy.
