Hi! I am looking for a room to rent sometime in October as I will be a full-time student in nursing school. I am currently working as a part-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). I don’t smoke or do any drugs, and I would most likely be studying, working, or being at school. I like to keep to myself, maintain a clean space, and am overall respectful of others and their privacy. I’m organized and responsible in terms of paying my dues on time as well as cleaning up after myself. I also get along easily with people and am mindful of shared spaces. I really value a clean, safe, and respectful home environment.
