Hi everyone, I’m looking for a female roommate to apartment hunt with for an October-November move-in date. I’m hoping to find someone who is also a working professional, around my age, and looking for a long-term living situation. Ideally, I’d like to sign at least a 12-month lease (or longer) and find someone who’s looking for the same stability.

My budget is: • Up to $1,150/month before utilities • Up to $1,300/month including utilities

A few preferences: • Female roommate • Working professional • Mid-late 20s age range preferred • Non-smoker • No pets

Some areas I’m considering are: • Nutley • Clifton • North Arlington • Belleville • Cedar Grove • Montclair • Hackensack • Bloomfield • South Orange • Passaic • Hasbrouck Heights • Wallington • Oakland • Kearny • Oradell • Pine Brook

I am also open to finding other nearby areas close to Belleville as well!

A little about me: I’m responsible, clean and easy going. While it’s definitely not a requirement, it would be nice to be friends or at least get along well with my roommate! 🙂
