Looking to split the cost of a larger home with another family or kid-friendly individual. I would preferably need 2 BD and 1 bathroom… but I can adapt to large 1 BD

I have a steady job in AI technology and I work from home 3-4 days each week.

Pros and Cons of living with us:

Pros: I am probably the easiest, most tolerant, most chill roommate you will ever meet. I can handle your music, your culture, your habits, your pets, your friends. Very, very low demand on my side. I am also hard-working, responsible, with no need for parties and other loud events. I am worldly, travelled, and cultured. I have seen the world and I celebrate any other good-natured lifestyle you might have.

Cons: I have four kids: Two teens (who live elsewhere and only visit rarely) and two younger ones who live with me half the time, so I just cannot promise the most orderly and quiet of cohabitations, that is why I am looking to split a home, not an apartment.
