Hi :) I’m Demy! I’m 22, and I’m looking for a room to rent in the Denver area on a part-time basis. I currently split my time between the Springs and Denver, so I wouldn’t be home full-time. I work in the service industry, keep pretty busy, and spend most of my free time exploring new places, watching movies, listening to music, thrifting, or grabbing coffee. I’m pretty laid-back, respectful of shared spaces, and clean up after myself. I enjoy being friendly with roommates but also really value personal space and boundaries. LGBTQ+ friendly housing is a must, and I’d love to find a comfortable, welcoming environment where everyone is considerate and easygoing. My schedule can vary, but overall I’m a quiet tenant who mostly just needs a home base while I’m in Denver. Happy to answer any questions or chat to see if we’d be a good fit!
