I’m seeking a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced room for rent in a convenient area. I’m a responsible, respectful, and reliable tenant who values a calm, well-kept living environment. I can provide a landlord reference upon request and am flexible with my move-in date—either soon or within the next couple of months.
