I’m a 30-year-old health and wellness professional originally from New York City. I work as a certified stretching specialist and personal trainer, and I’m passionate about helping people improve mobility, recovery, and overall physical performance.

I’m currently based in Columbus for work and focused on building my career in the health and wellness space. I stay busy and dedicated to my craft, and I take pride in maintaining a disciplined, professional lifestyle.

Outside of work, I value a calm and stable environment where I can recharge and stay focused. I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home during my time here so I can continue working productively and consistently.
