Hi! My name is Monique. I’m in Richardson, TX and am currently exploring my options for a more affordable 1-bedroom rent before my current lease ends this coming August 31. I work in Plano and would like to stay in Richardson but am willing to live elsewhere if it’s a right fit. I’m introverted and get along well living with most people as long as they are clean, kind, responsible, and we respect each other’s space. Other things about me:

• I like walking, watching hockey, baking, tango
• I keep clean and have decent credit
• I run warm, meaning I get cold easily
• due to my work schedule I like to be in bed no later than 11:00pm on work nights
• due to an on-going issue with my knee, I prefer to live in a one-story house. I also have several food allergies.
