I’m a young man 41 yrs young. I am very clean person and strongly prefer the same. I work 6, sometimes 7 days a week and am hardly home only to sleep and eat other than off days. I’m a social person but keep to myself for the most part. I am very quite and am looking for the same. I love music but only listen to it in my car or on my headphones. I’m looking to rent for 6-7months as I live the other 5 months in Arizona for winters but willing to work something out so the landlord continues to bring in money on the room and interested in coming bsck again. So I prefer a furnished room. I don’t mind size as long as there’s a bed and internet. Easy to get along with and I respect other people’s time and space. If your loud and party we will not be a good fit. I don’t mind alcohol as long as you are responsible with it. I like reading, star gazing, movies, bikes, hiking, walking, all sports and exercise.
