Hi, I’m KaCelia, I’m 30 and I work at a local nonprofit. I’m looking to move in August, hoping to find a roomie to team up with or a room somewhere that suits my needs. I’d like to stay in the Loveland/Fort Collins area, but I’m open to surrounding areas. My budget is around $1000 a month. Having my own bathroom is a must, I also strongly prefer in unit laundry and some sort of nearby designated parking (I have a bad back). I work during the week and don’t go out too often, so I’ll be home a lot in my free time, but usually stay in my own space. Happy to be friends with my roomie, just as happy to respect your space, I just want a comfortable environment. 420 friendly, I’d like the option to smoke in my room, but I’m happy to go outside. I have a 3 year old Tortie cat named Bug, I would prefer she be the only animal. She’s talkative and sassy, but she’s a sweet girl and never pees anywhere or tears furniture up. I spend my time crafting and playing video games, I’m pretty quiet. I’ve had a lot of living situations with roommates that I didn’t know, and I would just like to have a roommate I get along with and am comfortable sharing a space with.
