Hi, my name is Rosemarie. I’m a responsible, respectful, and clean person who values a calm and comfortable living environment. I’m fairly quiet, organized, and very mindful of shared spaces. Looking for a private bedroom with private bathroom.

I currently attend California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) while balancing work in Buena Park. I’m typically on campus only 2–3 times a week, so I’m hoping to live closer to work. I’m looking in the Anaheim, Fullerton, or Buena Park area.

I’ve been riding horses since I was young and love spending time at the ranch, and I also enjoy cooking at home. I keep a consistent routine and am easygoing, communicative, and appreciative of mutual respect and consideration in a shared home. I’m okay with occasional overnight guests, as I value being able to host from time to time.

I also have a yearly pass to Disneyland and enjoy going occasionally, which is another reason I’m hoping to stay in this area.
