Looking for a place:

• Single bedroom, single bathroom or shared with 1 other tenant.
• Preferably located west of CPP. Or under 10min drive if east side.
• Prefer to move in around August. Can move July-Sept if needed.

I am clean, quiet, and respectful of everyone. I have my own car. I do chores regularly both at home and at work. I can do light-cooking if needed.

I often stay up late, past midnight, but I keep it as quiet as possible. I spend most of my time inside on the computer. During the day, alongside work and school, I go on walks, hit the gym, visit hobby stores, and hang out with friends elsewhere.

I do not smoke, do drugs, or drink. I don’t have pets or host parties.

I am open to living with LGBTQ+ and female tenants (I have experience with both). I have no allergies and no problem with any other tenant’s pets, hobbies, or schedules.

I’ve worked part-time for the last 2.5 years, receive financial aid, and have support from family. I can provide documentation and a co-signer if needed.
