Year lease is not necessarily ideal, unless it is an obvious good fit. I prefer a clean living environment and do my part to keep things tidy and respectful, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. I stick to a predictable routine, and prefer normal quiet hours at night. I am happy to be social with my roommates on occasion but also tend to stick to myself and do my own thing. Harmony and peace in the house are paramount, and I stive to create that balance from my side.
