Issa Sesay

I consider myself an Afropolitan ( an African with a global outlook-, partly Senegalese and Sierra Leonean). I have a background in business administration with a focus in project management. I currently work in the non-profit industry as a Fellow and have a part-time job as a contingent worker at a data center for a security company. I’m passionate about creating positive impacts, and it is this keen interest that has led me into the non-profit space. I am just a free spirited being that is rewriting his narrative and making life better. Looking to get into my Masters program. I see everyone as one as suppose to “other.” I believe in the power of community and effective communication to foster lasting relationships. I will be a perfect match because of the following traits that I possess: effective communicator, good listener, respectful, poised and overall a good individual. Looking to move between October to January. I am also open to teaming up with someone.

Hobbies/Interests: Biking, site seeing, cooking, reading, writing, volunteering, photography, conversations, coffee shops, community engagement, sustainability.
