Hello, my name is Millicent. I am semi-retired and live on a reliable Social Security Disability income and work on Temp Assignments from home. I am a responsible, quiet, and respectful tenant who pays rent and bills on time and takes pride in maintaining a clean and peaceful living environment.

I am looking for a comfortable room to rent and plan to be a long-term tenant. I do not smoke or have overnight guests and I lead a quiet lifestyle.

I also have a well-behaved teacup Yorkie who is very small, friendly, and house-trained. My dog is an important companion and is clean, quiet, and well cared for and she stays in my room at all times and goes with me everywhere. She is only 4 lbs. We are both respectful of neighbors and property.
