Hi, Im looking to move into an established place but if you are someone that wants to team up and get a place together, then the disclaimer here applies: Disclaimer: I work from home and would like to have my desk office in a shared space not in my bedroom so I’m hoping to find someone that wants to get a 2 bedroom apartment that works outside of the home normal business hours as I need privacy to do my sessions. If it need be, I can put my desk in my room. I’m gone in the morning and then come home for lunch and work a few hours at home and then off at 5pm. I’m open to a city in LA county so feel free to let me know if there is a place you’d like to live. I just put a few places I’m interested in living. I think I’m great to live with because I’m respectful, considerate, and I like to become friends with my roommates; whether that means from time to time, eating together, gaming, watching movies, whatever. I do value my privacy and respect that in others as well. I keep common areas clean. I have very open communication with others so we can talk about stuff that is bothering us about the place and each other etc. so we can live as harmoniously as possible.
