I have an furnished 1bdrm (I do have a Roku tv you can use with free internet hookup but if you plan on gaming you might want to get your own internet 🛜) with it’s own bathroom that has a shower and one off street parking spot in a furnished 3bdrm condo available for someone to move in July 5, 2026. I still have 5-6 months left on the lease. Rent is $900/month with a $500 cleaning deposit and will be refundable upon move out. There is a large patio with a hammock to chill on. I have a Costco and Sam’s Club card you are welcome to use but you have to go with me, I can’t add you on my account. Buy your own food but I don’t mind sharing if you ask to make sure I don’t need it for a recipe also if I cook a big meal (I do this a few times a week) you can get a plate and we can also buy whatever you want in bulk (example toilet paper) & split it & share the cost, it’s not a problem. It’s just me and 2 extremely friendly little companion dogs who are pee pad trained when inside and my orange cat. The dogs do bark when there’s activity is right outside the front door but I also have ring doorbell camera & a camera in the hallway to watch my youngest dog whom I contain in the hallway behind a gate while I’m gone. It’s pretty quiet here although I do listen to frequencies while I sleep which I also play for my pets and plants in the morning before I leave for work. I’m fine with you listening to music kinda loud just please no head banging music and don’t be so loud the neighbors complain. There’s an HOA here which says quiet time is from 10pm to 8am daily. Please no hoarders or intrusive people or racism I mind my own business but my adult children who visit me occasionally are mixed race and we are friendly and respectful. I work at Ball Arena as a Bartender and I also do food delivery and grocery delivery when I feel like it. You have full access to the kitchen with all of it’s regular large appliances and my dishes (just please remove all dirty dishes from your room daily at least) cooking utensils, crockpots, air fryer, hand mixer, emulsion blender, herb/coffee grinder, rice cooker, Ninja Blender, pots & pans etc just please take care of my stuff and if you break it you buy it 😜. I rarely drink but I am a bartender so I have a liquor cabinet with liquor in it I’ve had for years that I use to make herbal remedies and I love to experiment making cocktails occasionally too & I don’t mind sharing whatever concoction I come up with. I also love to cook homemade from scratch meals and I love nature and cleaning is therapeutic to me, I love natural remedies, gardening, animals, star gazing, and reading. If you are a general all around good vibing person then let’s meet up and possibly become roomies. I do smoke weed occasionally on my down time which is not very often but I do have respect so I smoke outside or take edibles. If you smoke a lot or not at all it really wouldn’t matter to me. PLEASE NO OTHER KIND OF DRUG ADDICTS, Prescriptions or not I only want folks around me who have self control and who I don’t have to worry about if they overdosed themselves or are having a psychotic episode from prescriptions. I refuse to tolerate abusive people either verbally, mentally or physically just own up to your own BS. Please no people who live in filth because they are too lazy to clean up after themselves. I have a motherly vibe however I am not your mother and I won’t be a maid to any roommates unless I’m being paid for it.
