I am a 25 year old Software Engineer working in North Phoenix. Preferably looking for a place in North Scottsdale. My current lease is ending June 8th and I am looking for a new place to move to in May-June. Was looking at renting a 3 bed 3 bath house in North Scottsdale and have some places in mind that would come out to around $1200-$1300 per person including utilities and electricity. I am a very clean person and clean up after myself. I love to game, watch shows, jog, and go to the gym. Willing to team up for a lease. A bathroom per person (no shared bathroom) is non negotiable.
