I’m a friendly but quiet person: we may enjoy each other, and I prefer my own downtime (with a peaceful home). Open to renting with M/F/N roommates—anything in the time range of month-to-month up to one year—and presently I don’t have any animals. My late prior best buddy Scout (cat) passed away Dec 29, 2025; and finding my next home right now, is more important than the next animal (postponed indefinitely).

Age 45: born and raised in Miami, Florida (almost 19 years), but spent most of my life in the Harrisonburg area since then (over 26 years). It’s time to move on, and transfer to the Laurel Ridge and Northern Virginia Community Colleges before returning to Florida (no more Virginia weather).

A basically clean home, and no indoor smoking (at all) are priorities for me: I have a mold allergy/neuro-sensitivity, and am too irritated by smoke. Cooking is a life necessity, so I need kitchen access (and will even occasionally share cooked food with you). I am also a musician (hobby), but will likely only play my music while you are at work or out and about.
