Hello, I am Nico currently continuing my education. I have no pets, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, and I keep it clean no funny business. I prefer paying with cash for rent, but I can also use checks too or zelle as well. I don’t make much noise and I do my classes online. I don’t mind living with multiple roommates as long as everyone is open about finances and boundaries. I like clear communication so that there is no confusion. Other than that my main source of income is from VA disability. Overall I am a very relaxed personality and don’t step on any toes or boundaries. I don’t mind if other people partake in anything like alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis.
