Hello, my name is Emmanuel. I am a 25 year old Hispanic male who has been in Bergen County since 2009. I am also bilingual so that is useful. I work at a luxury car dealership in Northern New Jersey. For unforeseen reasons I have to move out of my childhood home and obviously rent is ridiculously high to tackle it alone. I have a stable income but my credit does need some work. I am clean and I am respectful of others and their property. My family raised me right. I am looking to stay for 12-24 months at most.
