I am in need of a roommate who would be interested in a shared apartment at the Dream Asheville Exchange or The Retreat at Arden Farms. Seeking to split a 2 bedroom unit or a 3 bedroom unit. If you would like to discuss split arrangements, feel free to message me or reply, and we can coordinate a meetup at the apartment office to discuss further. I don’t object to setting ground rules and signing an agreement of split costs. I work in manufacturing and I have a senior dog, Bailey. My work schedule is Friday through Sunday, and typically will work Mondays and/or Tuesdays. Bailey can get along with another dog and even cats. If I can’t land a roommate by mid-May, I will be seeking an affordable 1 bedroom setup near Arden/Fletcher/South Asheville/Bent Creek areas. LGBTQ+ friendly / outdoor smoking - if permitted friendly.
