Retired senior, moved from Seattle to Yakima and lived with my son and his family. I have a steady fixed income every month, so rent on time is not an issue, and my son is helpful in making sure there are no issues there. I’m cannabis friendly, respectful of all walks of life, quiet and mostly keep to myself in my own space or on a porch/patio.
