Hi yall! Nice to meet you. I am open to anywhere coastal, preferably in OC! San Clemente all the way up to Seal Beach.

The boring stuff: I work from home during the week and am looking for my own room with an attached bathroom. My roomie is moving for work now that our lease is coming to an end (we lived together for 4 years so it’s bittersweet). Our landlord is also raising our rent, so we decided to not renew (we have been here for 3 years)! I have renter’s insurance, 6+ years of stellar rental history (I’ve always paid early), and no pets! I love to clean and am a big fan of roomate bonding game nights at home or happy hours.

The fun stuff: My hobbies include: Hockey, football, staying active (LOVE being around a walkable area or beach town), and tv show watch parties (Survivor, Silo, and Drag Race to name a few). All my friends live in the OC, and I grew up around here but have also lived in LA.

I need to move by the end of July but my landlord has been flexible if I find the right place earlier.
