Have some health issues, and I recently left part-time work. I receive SSI/SSDI benefits. Looking for safe, calm, quiet housing with other LGBTQ+ folks or people who are LGBTQ+ friendly. Disabled/chronically ill and neurodivergent.

I have two (neutered) and friendly cats. Roomies must be okay with my caretaker coming 3x a week to help me with household chores. Looking for someone who understands that dishes may be in the sink for a day or two, but they will get done by my caregiver when they come.

I keep common areas clean, despite the health issues. Enjoy the “lived-in” vibe of a household, rather than a place that is sterile. I am generally pretty quiet/calm, and I’m an excellent communicator. I play acoustic guitar, but never before 11 am or after 9 pm.

I am a homebody, and mostly only go out for doctor’s appointments and spending time meeting with friends maybe once a week. Must be okay with someone who is home all the time and goes to school online. Must be okay with the occasional visitor (maybe 1-2x a week).

Hoping to find a space where I can fit a desk and chair, along with a bed, in my bedroom.
